I live in Point Pleasant and I'm using a Pro-197. 911 dispatchers in Mason Co. are dispatching Putman Co. Sheriffs Dept It's on P25. Is something wrong at Putman 911?

Lincoln Co. 911 phones and radios were off for a period of time today, also. They got the P25 system up and I am not sure about the phones.
