Yes MARK, Putnam County is on 800Mhz Safe-t.I am hearing them thru the Boone County Tower.I sent you a pm with the talk groups for Police,Fire and EMS.

Sporadic traffic at best, at least it was a month ago (haven't listened to my PRo-96 in that long). They stil do some on their VHF repeater systems.
