When Putnam 911 tones out depts on 46.38, do they simulcast off all towers or just individually?

Anyone know how many low band towers they have? They come in pretty good on Long Island, signal must shoot right across the L.I. Sound.

According to their FCC license, they have five towers throughout the county operating at 100 watts each on 46.38. Simulcasting on low band is pretty tricky, so I'm going to guess they operate like most other counties that have multiple low band transmitters, and they have different depts/areas assigned to a particular tower.
