putting all of Wars system

i have a pro 106-win 500
trying to add Wars system into win500,except there is too many objects -only allowed 35 is says in win 500
what is the correct way to add all of the wars system to listen
i'm confused........................

i'm moving back to van this wednesday

do you mean only 35 control channels?

I just downloaded this system just fine with Win500. Make sure you are not selecting more than one tower site at one time. Win500 actually warns you of this when you go to download it if you select all 11 sites.

I chose all the talkgroup groups and just one site (Vancouver City, the first one) and it DL'ed into Win500 with no problems.

If you want to use more than one tower, you'll have to download each of them separately.

ok i tried to do all tower's----thats my issue i think
i'm going to be living for now 15 min from the YVR on the 499 West 34th Avenue
Vancouver BC V6M 1G8 so i leave out whistler sites as i'm to far away from them would that work

There are no WARS Towers in whistler so you should be ok... As for your home location, with your Handheld 106 you will receive the following sites: Vancouver, Richmond, Burnaby, Bowen Island, and Possibly Surrey. But you should program them all just incase you go for a drive.

I'll answer, even though you called me N_Jay. Yes, you will have to enter a new TSYS for each EDACS site you want to have in the scanner. To save space, you might find it easier to put in only the talkgroups you will want to hear in a given area.. i.e. if you're in Richmond, you may not care about North Van, or Surrey, or etc. Stuck and other BC folks will probably be able to provide some advice in that regard.
