PWT?

ok, been hearing HSD units mark out PWT for the last month or so. I think it could be Pedestrian Walkway Traffic but not sure. Some of the locations where they mark out at wouldn't make sense for that. What is PWT?

Not 100% sure of this, but I've been told that PWT stands for Personal Work Time ... bathroom breaks, grabbing a cup of coffee, etc. In the context that I've heard it used, this seems to fit.

Park, Walk and Talk, Just another name for foot patrol or business check.
Hanover Sheriff and Ashland PD been using it for a couple of years

Henrico just calls it a "personal". But you're correct about it being at 7-11's and rescue squads and fire stations usually.
