QK Navigation Question ?

Hi,

SDS 200;
Thanks to you all, I pretty much have it working, well. Thanks again.

I am not sure I am doing this correctly, or if there is a "better" way.

I have 9 QK's.

a. I'm on one of them, and the scanner is pretty much "locked" onto a conversation on a single freq.
If I want to go to the next conversation, on this same QK/freq., I have been just rotating the Function Knob.

Is this the "typical" way ? Better way ?

b. Now I want to go to the next or another QK.

If I press the QK number, and E, all that seems to happen is that the QK status goes from ON to OFF.

What's the best way of going to another QK (its Number shows next to FO, but not blinking) ?

You can press SYSTEM and within a few seconds (before the 2nd beep) turn the wheel and it will goto to next/prev system. The same applies if you highlight DEPT or CHANNEL. The only way to stay on or switch to a Favorite list is turn off the others I think

I should add if while scrolling through system in a favorite list when it gets to the last system it continues to the next fav list. If you are holding on a SYSTEM when you press SYSTEM then it will hold on the system you scroll to as long as you turn the wheel before the 2nd beep after pushing systemm
