Hey guys,
I'm just starting to get into SW DXing, and wanted to know what are the up-to-date procedures in going
about getting QSL cards/letters from foreign stations.
Any info is always appreciated!!
Thanks,

Listen! Most stations give out there QSL info or way to contact them. And usually simple professional email or letters work some require 2usd for actual QSL card.

That is an excellent question!

I suppose it's best to check their webpage to see if they specify the best way to get theirs.

The biggest stations will be the easiest to get of course. Smaller stations may take multiple attempts.

Here's WWRB for example:

International Radio Station WWRB

Also, many people share the QSLs they've received and share tips on how they got 'em:

Radio Havana Cuba just answered 3 emails on their mailbag program about QSL cards and they will answer your email report with a physical card. FREE! 6165khz. (ask for a pennant too)
