everything should be updated, they've just rebanded davenport and Bettendorf , there was some talk of Davenport PD going digital later this summer when they get the new comm center built.

Where or how did you get the information? Racom's Davenport site is not rebanded but the rest of the sites in Scott and Rock Island counties are.

I thought my 396t was up to date, I just found out its not. The Holiday Inn in Bettendorf called the FD. I just happen to be staying here, my 396t wouldn't track worth a crap. I had to use CC to monitor the on-scene comms since they were on 800 RACOM. Time to re-program when I get home.
