Arizona DPS (Highway Patrol):
460.4000 (100.0 Hz) District 4 La Paz and Yuma County's
460.4750 (100.0 Hz) District 1 South, Mohave County (Outside the Arizona Strip, where I-15 runs)

460.2250 (100.0 Hz) Statewide
460.2250 (151.4 Hz) State Tac

460.2750 (100.0 Hz & 151.4 Hz) CID 1 & 3
460.5000 (100.0 Hz & 151.4 Hz) CID 2 & 4

Most of La Paz County is at least partially encrypted on the AZWINS trunked system, both at the county and municipal levels. I don't know how much of the conventional VHF-High and UHF is still in use. Here's the overall county page:

Here's the AZWINS page. This is the state trunked system.

Use the Cunningham, Guadalupe Mountain, and Parker Mountain sites in La Paz County, and the Black Metal Mountain site in San Bernardino County.

ADOT Enforcement and Compliance Division officers are stationed at the port of entry, they can be listened to. They can also do mobile patrols. You should try 154.9050 (100.0 Hz) and 156.1200 (100.0 Hz) for them as well. I'm not sure how much either channel may still be in use outside of the AZWINS coverage areas. AZWINS is their main radio system, but it doesn't cover the entire state yet, like Mohave County.
DPS may simulcast D-4 UHF onto AZWINS.

Here's the Mohave County page. I am not familiar with what can and can't be heard in Mohave County.

Is AZWins still only intermittently patching UHF DPS district channels to the 700 MHz system, or have these patches become permanent?

In Phoenix at least, it seems more often than not they are being simulcast.

Thanks. Every time I've listened while in Tucson, District 8 has been active as well. I frankly can't remember the last time I did NOT hear the local DPS district active on an AZWINS tower I would have expected to hear them on.
