Closing the discussion appears that you want the issue to go away. The Queens volume is not listenable on the dashboard with the other boroughs drowning it out. It's listenable, alone, with the computer volume turned up higher than listening to anything else. Instead of just trying to ignore the problem you should be saying to your paying customer(s) that you are looking into the problem and then explaining what's been done. The volume has been raised mysteriously, but not to an acceptable level. So, something was done to improve the volume.
