Queens issue is not resolved!

Closing the discussion appears that you want the issue to go away. The Queens volume is not listenable on the dashboard with the other boroughs drowning it out. It's listenable, alone, with the computer volume turned up higher than listening to anything else. Instead of just trying to ignore the problem you should be saying to your paying customer(s) that you are looking into the problem and then explaining what's been done. The volume has been raised mysteriously, but not to an acceptable level. So, something was done to improve the volume.

Feeds are provided by volunteers not by Broadcastify, the issue needs to be raised with the feeder not in the forums. It isn't about making an issue go away, it is about addressing it with the correct person and correct place. You have no promise of great quality, volume, or even continued feeds when volunteers are doing it. If the volume was raised it was done so by the feeder. Apparently it can't be a big problem since others aren't complaining.
