I have a T16K and a 720A sitting next to each other on the shelf. (And they look good together, too!) The 720A I found the manual for online and it has no problems. Except that maybe 16 channels isn't quite enough? But I am sure it was, back then...

The T16K is a different story. It works well enough. It scans and has a pretty good receive in it. But there is a problem with the display. I can't figure if the display is broken or if I am just doing something wrong on account of I don't have the manual. (Does anyone have a PDF of it? *Blink*)

When the 720A scans, the lights do their thing and when it stops on a frequency, the old calculator style LED comes on with the receiving frequency. I believe this is how it is supposed to work?

But with programming the T16K, the LED comes on when programming and it looks great. But then when it scans, the scanner stops on a frequency and the LED does NOT light up with channel number. I can't figure this out? I know the LED works, because I can program with it. But it does not light up when the scan stops on a frequency. Very puzzling! Does anyone know how to fix this? :)
