Ok i was listening to a scanner feed online, the feed from red deer, i went on the wiki page here to search for alberta 10 codes, since im dont always remember what they are and i looked at the calgary one and a 10-34 means theft. is that specific to calgary or could it be for red deer as well?

10-34 meaning theft would only be for the CPS since Red Deer is policed by the RCMP.
The meaning of 10-34 for the RCMP in K division(alberta) is completely differant; it actully means time for the RCMP in alberta.
if you do forget what another 10 code means and beleave me i do that too sometimes. all you need to do is do what you did before and go to the wiki page and find what you did before; just before the CPS 10 code meanings there are two links, one is Public Safety (Fire & EMS) (AB), the other is Public Safety (Police) (AB). click on the second link and it takes you to a separte article that has the 10 codes for the RCMP in alberta.
