BCD325P2/BCD996P2: Question about 996p2 and 325p2

Does the latest problem with False TGID Display on the BCDx36HP effecting the 996p2 and or 325p2 or is it only on HP models.

Own both scanners and have not seen that problem on either scanner. Doesn't seem to be affecting them. The 996p2 and 325p2 scanners are quite a bit different from the HP models. Actually better in my opinion.

Glad to here that Amazon has a good price on the 996p2 was thinking of ordering one so I what'd to make sure that bug didn't effect them.

Irrelevant. It is being fixed by Uniden anyway.

With my 325p2 I've seen some odd talkgroups on a Cap+ MotoTrbo system in town. These have been recorded by Proscan over the last couple days.. Scroll down to see the suspect talkgroup ID's.

That's what I was wondering. I'm familiar with Ham DMR and how it works, but the Tier 3 MotoTrbo stuff is all new. I'm just trying to id the most common talk groups.. I've ID'd 3 that I'm sure of what they are..This is for the FCA Belvidere Assembly plant. When I worked there they were still on a conventional trunk system, but with narrowbanding they went Trbo.
