Question about a few terms

If anyone knows what any of these terms mean please let me know.
DR Number, I think a DR is kind of like a CFS number or something. The rest of these I think are all like criminal databases.

Alpha
RMS
Soundex
Leads

If anyone knows any information please share it. Thanks

Leads is where the police gets licence and vehicle info.

DR - don't know, haven't heard
CFS - I don't even know this one
Alpha - haven't heard
RMS - don't know, never heard
Soundex - "Sounds like" - to cross reference names, etc that are alike
Leads - Law Enforcement Agencies Data System (State of Illinois)

RMS is Records Management System
Alpha is a phonetic for "A".
DR is probably some sort of report number.

Thanks for all the replys guys. I have one more question about a few terms used by State Police which I believe are also some sort of databases. When I hear them run someones names they will be like no record CRY no record SOS. I would like to know what these mean if you guys know? Additionaly I would like to know what a Myra report is, I believe it to be a report on a missing juvenile. Thanks again
