Question about Control Channel monitoring..

I know that with the 96 you can use Pro96Com to monitor 9600 Baud APCO25 control channels for activity and whatnot, but is anything out there that can accomplish the same tasks for a 3600 Baud Moto Type II data channel? I realize usually one needs a discriminator tap with a data slicer, but just wondering.

In all cases you will need a discriminator tap, but there are several programs you can feed that into the Sound Card input of your Windows computer to obtain the same information. Review the Trunker/Etrunker/T4Win Decoders forum.
