question about ham license??

I dont know if this is the right forum to post this but I guess this is a good start and if it is not the right forum to post I would like to say I am sorry.
But can someone tell me what sight to go to for me to be able to put in a Ham sign in and it will tell me who the name of the ham sign belongs to ??
