Question about Legality of Radios in Canada

I'm in the US and I have someone in Ontario, Canada who wants to purchase some of my radios, is it legal for me to ship these radios into Canada?

Yes it's perfectley legal. There are some provinces such as Manitoba that forbid the use of scanners in vehicles, but other then that it is no different then any other electronics.
