After the rebanding, I'm still getting OHP, City of Norman etc. But when I get out of Norman I can't pick up anything but Oklahoma County. Any Ideas on what might be going on.

Could be missing a control channel if you have the OKC sites frequencies programmed. If you accidentally lock out a control channel deafness can occur also. I did that with a Pro-2067 once.

I have sites 7,8,40. I'm picking up OHP Rural at home in Norman. I'm also getting Moore Norman, but not getting Troop A at all.

Are you using the open mode or closed mode, On my 95 I use closed mode most of the time so I can lock out a lot of things I don't want to listen to. TG 41776 is troop A rural. In the closed mode you have to program in the TG's you want to hear but you probably knew that already. If you have a minus sign below the bank number it is in closed mode a plus sign means it is in open mode. I have to look up site 7 and 8 can't remember whee those are.
