Question about NAC and 2m radio

I hope this is the right place to ask this question.
I own a few 2m radios - a couple of Yaesu FT-7900 and Yaesu VX6R (among others)
what im wondering is, are these radios capable of sending a NAC?
I'm a Member of the local fire dept and sometimes it would be handy to be able to respond to 911 and my dept from my pickup.
I know they can do the different tone squelch stuff but not sure if it can send a NAC.
or what it would be called in my radios.
sorry if my terminology is all wrong, I hope my question makes sense to you.

Your radio's wouldn't be legal to use even if they could do what you're asking. If you need to respond, get a dept issued radio.

ahh the inevitable appearance of the radio police,
its almost like my original post asked about the legality of what i was inquiring about.....

although before we buy new radios, we have to spend our money on more frivolous things,
like replacing our 1984 pumper truck.
