Hi all,
I'm trying to help someone near me to program his SDS100 and while I'm somewhat familiar with those, I've never owned one and I was trying to invite other people into the conversation to help but whenever I do, it keeps saying that person could not be found. How do I invite other members?

Who can't be found? You're typing their forum handle into the recipients box and choosing it from the results as shown?
