For the NYC DOITT system I see the "Base frequency" listed as 482.000. I put that in as the lower. What do I put in for the upper? Using a BC 346. Thanks in advance.

There is no "upper."

A line in a trunking channel table (in GRE format) translates as follows:

If OSW ChanNum is equal to or greater than Lo and equal to or less than Hi,

Then Voice Channel freq. equals Base plus Spacing times (ChanNum less Offset),

Else goto next line.
