question about providing a live audio feed.

i have read the provider TOS and saw this:
* SWAT "type" operations if on dedicated channels or talkgroups
* Narcotics / CID / Investigations or other tactical operations
* Dedicated channels or talkgroups for Ambulance to Hospital Communications
the TRS i want to provide ( Waukesha County Trunking System, Waukesha, Wisconsin - Scanner Frequencies ) i believe contains those three. Would i still be able to provide this broadcast if i could lockout those talkgroup id's on the scanner (pro-95) i use to provide the feed?

You can broadcast that just as long as you lock out those TG, yes.

If you are programmable, set up a program without the frequencies that you posted. I had locked them out temporarily and then much later turned off and then on the scanner and when listening on line I noticed that I had been broadcasting some drug task force stuff. I have learned not to even program this info on my feed scanners.

its a TRS, i cant just setup without a frequency. i just need to lockout those certain TGID's
