Question about radio ID's

I monitor the Delaware Co site with DSD Plus with FL and up until today, Ive never heard group 10030 which is Blackford Co Law Enforcement Dispatch 1 come across my system but what seems more odd is the only radio ID that comes up is 510073 for all sides of a conversation (Dispatcher and patrol cars). What would casue this??

Blackford Co SHF uses a DMR system. They simulcast the DMR system audio onto the SAFE-T system. 510073 is the RID for the simulcast radio.

Thanks west-pac. Never logged that group before today. Must be the reason why the audio is kinda tough to make out...sounds almost muffled.
