I need some help please! Two weeks ago, I got a new pro-96 as a replacement for a defective one (the display kept going out). But now this scanner seems to have trouble picking up the Blue Ridge 800 control tower. It seems to pick up other freq.s fine but is weak on 800. Has anyone noticed this Viper signal to be weaker due to other reasons, or do you think I got another defective scanner. Also Im using the Radio Shack 800mhz antenna that worked great on my other scanner.
