Question for the EZScan experts

Did all my updates for the 800. Added some new ScanLists. On one of them I got an error msg: Access violation at address 00498F73 in module 'EZScanDG.exe' read of address 1AC4BC60. Now a window Updating ScanLists and is sitting at 0%. Says it may take a while depending on number of channels. What happened? How can I get it cleared so I might update the SD card with the new info?

I'd reformat the card with EZ-Scan and start over.

I have gotten an error similar to that in the past. I just close EZ-Scan, reboot the computer and do it again. That works for me.

Just try the app restart first (that should work) and then a reboot if the app restart doesn't work.

Save SD card reformatting for a last resort.... the problem you are seeing is in the PC app

Update

Rebooted several times, had to delete the program and files for it to get working again. Up and running. Thanks everyone.
