Question for those out in radio land

I have been getting interference on 158.385 186.2 PL Very recently Like someone has repaired there base or came on there air. Its not s strong signal in to Greene County NY but enough to ope n the repeater. The repeater has been on since 2005 and no issues. Anyone know someone on this frequency ? Could be in mass or Vermont. Already check the FCC database Nothing new there. And check the data on here.....Thanks in advance

Have you tried the channels that are 7.5 kHz on either side of the repeater input?

Nope come in to clear to be off frequency....

What do they talk about ?, might narrow down the type of Agency/Company

Sadly i dont get all the words....as i am scanning and on the phone.....talking on radio....etc....already checked in to some of the licenses you posted.e-mailed a few of the people. waiting for replys Some are 3/5 watts ..not that it means much there.....i am inclined to think its a older license that has recently upgraded/repaired there stuff

The Bands have been open as well, don't rule out CT as a source

I checked my personal files and the SNE Wiki, nothing with that tone.

FYI - are these companies confirming their PL/DPL ?? nice way to update the RRDB or the SNE Wiki :lol:

Yes O'connell supplied a tone.....i'll deal with that after dealing with more pressing issues,.,,like maybe having to change a tons of radios etc
