Short answer: Dispatch 6 – 482.9375 and LTac 7 – 482.2375 for Walnut / San Dimas / Diamond Bar and possibly some others when needed.
LASD dispatchers often handle multiple stations at once, so they patch the channels together to keep multiple conversations from happening at once. Not sure how they choose the groupings, but for example, I've heard Industry and Palmdale/Lancaster both being dispatched on Industry (Dispatch 8 – 483.6875; presumably patched to Dispatch 15 – 483.0375). I don't know if it happens for San Dimas in particular, but it seems likely, as it's kind of a sleepy area (or it used to be) and I wouldn't think it needs a dispatcher all to itself. Unfortunately, that means you have to hear all the traffic from all the stations in the grouping on this carrier-squelch conventional system.
The licenses aren't much use, especially in this case, as Johnstone Peak ("San Dimas") is a primary coverage site for LASD, with many dispatch / LTac / ATac / CTac / STac /etc. channels scattered over many licenses. There are 55 channels on the
WII791 license alone.
