Question on 132.750 in New York

I monitor 132.750 from Orange County, NY and am wondering what are the boundaries of that ATC sector. I check ADS-B, and can never see any of the aircraft that the controller is talking to. I know that there are many general aviation aircraft on the frequency.

It belongs to the New York TRACON. It belongs to the Liberty Area Catskill sector. There is no publicly available sector map for the TRACON that I am aware of. According to the FAA's NASR FRQ CSV file the freq serves the following airports.
