Hello, I am using a Radio Shack Pro 651 scanner with ARC500 software. I am still very new to scanning in a lot of ways and especially new to the ARC500 software.
If you (Cut A Line or Delete a Line) and it leaves a blank line , where it was, or maybe even several blank lines where you deleted some Frequencies.
What is the best sequence to move every thing up at ounce or at least a group of lines together that was under what you took out.
What do you click on ????
That in stead of having to do it one line at a time,

Under Options, try "Remove Empty Line". It should remove all empty lines whether they are consecutive or random.

Take some time to look at the menu drop down lists and you will get more comfortable with the program. The best part about removing empty lines is that you don't even have to mark them, just click the command.

or you can just click any of the column headers which will re-sort that column thus removing the blank lines.
