Question on base antenna

Hi,

I was wondering...If I put a base antenna on my roof, would there be any difference if it was connected to a PSR-500 compared to a PSR-600 besides the 600 having a louder speaker/more sound?

if they both have the same selectivity/sensitivity/rejection properties then there should be no difference. look up the specs for each and see if they are the same.

I will say that if portability isn't a consideration, the 600 has more satisfying, richer sound than the 500.
