Hi all. What is the MFD dispatch 3393 TGID used for on the WIPSN system? I hear calls get dispatched on there and other traffic. I know tones are over the stations only. Why do they say calls over that tgid as well?

yes, don't know the answer to the second question (didn't really understand it).
They say units to respond and profile/tg and sometimes the nature of the call over that channel. Just asking why they dispatch it twice? Once at station(s) with tones and once over that tgid with no tones?

Not being from the area (Tourist) but if like most cities across the country, it is redundancy for any Apparatus who maybe on the road and not in the station

This is correct for MFD. If Companies are On the Air, Dispatch will air the run for them.

If you're talking about the "card 300" they are alerting other units in the city and the county as well that a units are responding and to keep an eye out. MFD has been doing that forever now. They only dispatch over the air when the prospective unit is out and about. Otherwise they have used a variety of landline based systems to dispatch over the decades not over the air with tones.
