Question on Detroit (Site 701) & New BC396T Firmware Upgrade

My apologies if this has been covered prior or on another forum.

With the new Firmware Version on the BC396T, are there any changes/settings that need to be made in order to properly follow the MPSCS site 701, aka Detroit Simulcast?

If you're in In. you'll need a real big tower with good high gain antenna to receive it. Tower 701, which has been discussed many times, is designed to keep it's signal within the City of Detroit.
