Question on Digital

Hi Guys,
I have been watching this forum for awhile now and have a question. If I were to purchase a digital scanner, will I be able to receive FBI, INS, STOCS, I-TAC, etc, etc. Right now I have a PRO-97 that I use to monitor my local PD, FD and such. I know that I am missing out on CSP but what about anything Federal? Sorry if this is a stupid question, but I am just a guy that likes to listen for a hobby, I am not searching out new frequencies or recording.

Short and simple with digital scanners is that you'd be able to recieve everything an analog one could, Plus digital.

As far as FBI and other such federal stuff, You might hear them sometimes on P25 without encryption, But the vast majority of it is encrypted.

As far as everything else though, You shouldn't have a problem.
