HP-2: Question on downloading from RR DB and EU question

First:

While recently in Henderson Nevada I was unsuccessful to monitor LVFD on my HP2 since the freqs/system changed.

Should I return south Can I download into Sential the updated LVFD freqs from RR DB as posted on the Clark county section?

Second: Will the HP-2 Extreme upgrade give me the ability to add frequencies or enhance any download?

You can add to or enhance any favorites lists without the extreme upgrade, by using the Sentinel software. If the RR site has new frequencies or system changes, then updating the database in Sentinel will enable you to append that data to favorites lists.

The extreme upgrade just allows you to make some of these changes directly in the radio, and adds some analysis and searching tools.
