I apoloigize if this is a stupid question but i`ve recently moved to Idaho and have pretty much learned all the systems that matter on my bcd536hp. But I have noticed searching between 780-790mhz there is another system that I think operates but holding on channels that stop in search mode don't have anything such as a nac/ctcss/dcs code that comes up. No fcc licsenses/records or rr datatbase for this system. A person recommended a website where "sounds" to systems are identified when keyed up and the closest thing I can compare it to is a motorola smartzone sysytem. Let me be firm on this statement!... I'm not looking for frequencies or any short cuts to identifying this system. So here's my question--Does imaging occuur in the 700 band like it does in the 450-470? Thanks for your time and knowledge!!

Images occur in Every Band
I've even got one from UHF that shows up in VHF Low

It's just a matter of learning those to your neighborhood.

As for the 700 Band
700 MHz Public Safety Band Plan - The RadioReference Wiki
if you are hearing a CC outside of 769-775 it is 99.999% an image of an 800 or 900 TRS
