Question on this MO system...

I'm archiving the federal systems as they are updated. What I don't understand is why this system doesn't have a base and offset configured.

I'm guessing that this one uses 'default' values of 406.0 and 25.0kHz, but I'd like to confirm with the local experts.

Your guess would be correct if the first CC (410.0250) has a HEX value of 21d, which would make it channel 541 for base 406.0000 ch 380. If the four freqs listed on your ref system is all that is used, then 414.5750 would be channel 723, which is inside the range (380-759) for a single table setup. Go for it.
