Hi all, does anyone know if the Norwich CT volunteer fire depts tones vary between calls? Like if its a ems run or a fire alarm etc. do they change in sound and length to show what kind of call it is? Also do their house sirens do the same?

As far as I know Norwich volunteer departments each have the following tones:

EMS, FIre, Service Call, Officers Page
other tones are Working FIre and Emergency Evacuation

The City department has EMS, Fire, Working Fire and Emergency Evacuation.

Thanks for the info,I knew that they had different tones for the other stuff then ems and fire calls, but I was wondering how could you tell the difference between the ems and fire call tones.
