Question on what talk group on Polk County Sheriff office, FL

I have just programmed an SDS and was listening to PCSO dispatch and I see two channels CIC West and CIC East.
Anyone know what they used for? Was wondering if they were Criminal Units or just another Patrol sector. Like Central or Northwest ect.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

CIC is mentioned on Mr Judds website. Not really sure what it abbreviates tho..
