question re bcd996t specific to colorado

I just got a bcd 996t, great unit, but accidently deleted a site-state police- that was preprogramed so now I need to reprogram this site can anyone give me control freg for state pd pr any data I need?

If you have made no other changes to the programming and just want to restore the preprogrammed stuff, you can do so by resetting the scanner and answering "yes" to the "restore factory programming" prompt.

If you want to restore only the Colorado system, then use the free UASD software to do so (the system is included with the software).

Otherwise, to do it manually, go to the database section of this site for the data you need.

thanks I did delete groups and systems I did not want and will add Denver, Aurora etc as I go along. AS I noticed the other sites & freq for each are all fine just the state pd

looked at your link but saw no state pd specific site data but the control fregs for all other sites are in tact

once in a while it will say finding control channel when id scanning

I have never seen any where in colorado a specific site for State Police

me either Doug this is the factory setup for colo sys I need to restore settings upman gave me directions but my handicap won't allow me to do it will need to wait for help. From what I see it's colo sys. fregs, sites have fregs or cc just need those cc. Ithink by deleting group I also deleted id's
