Question Regarding DOJ Repeater Site Coding

In the data base under "Federal Operations (Statewide or Regional)", Department of Justice (DOJ), 25 Cities Project Federal Interoperability SF Area, there are a number of repeater sites but the coding is not clear to me. Some are obvious: V- VHF U- UHF A-Analog E-Encrypted . The last four frequencies end in the letters T S W D which I believe are codes for the repeater location. IF so, T- Mt Tam? S- Sutro? D- Diablo? I cannot think of a site in the Bay Area starting with W that the Feds may use. Can anyone verify this? Thanks.

Thanks for the info. I did consider Wiedmann but it is relatively low level compared to the other sites and Diablo would cover that area. But you never know.
