question setting up same-- help

hello i want to put in same codes for newcastle county as primary and kent county as second. this is how i have it set up if ant mistakes please let me know im not sure if this is rite. for primary 1 newcastle county entry i have on, i put the code in, leave event empty, for tag enter whatever name i want, alarm put in whatever i want, lockout off. is this rite or do i need changes. for kent county, everything is the same as primary. should i need any changes as well or are they both ok. can they scan at the same time this is what i want to do. also i noticed after i put all this info in a day later i noticed all the info was gone, is this normall or did i botch something. thanks in advance for youre help. ps i did save everything after i was done, so i dont know why it does not show the info thanks again
