I don't have the Service Manual for a 93 but the 95 and 96 both lists TP 4 as the tap. The chips on the 2052, 95 and 96 are the same (nearly) and pin 9 is the disc output. The 2052 and 96 label the chip as IC 2. The 95 has it as IC 6 and my bet is that is what it's called on the 93. BTW the 92 uses the same chip but labels it IC 301 with TP 301 as the tap.
To help find the thing on your radio will be more elusive because the Pro-95 Service Manual is published without a main board view so my guess would be to look for a TP (4 maybe) near the squelch pot that traces to pin 9 of a chip with this numbering on it; MC or KA 3361CD.
Its marked as KA on the 96, 95 and 92 but appears to be MC on Uniden built RS scanners. Anyway look near the pot.
