I recenetly just purchased my PRO-106 and got my local county programmed in using WIN-500...worked great. Comes in clear. My question is can I listen to Minneaplis PD? What sites should I load with it. I live in Scott County on the southern part. Any help is appreciated.

you might have some difficulty. you may have some luck if you can pick up The City Center System. Otherwise you a better antenna may make it work. i know i can pick up Minneapolis and city center when i am driving that far south some times...

I'm also in Scott County (Shakopee) and have recently input Anoka Fire Dispatch talkgroup into the Henn. East tower and Henn. West tower systems on my GRE-500. I can usually pick them up very well down here. I'm wondering if anyone in the North Metro monitors Scott Co. stuff - and on what tower system?
