I have a question, if there is more than the receive and transmit freq on a list for the same license is that a voting receiver patch ? also, how does the voting receiver patchwork ?

I'm not sure what a voting reciever patch is, but a TRUNKED system can have many frequencies with the same license.

Voting receivers would all be on the same frequency. Basically all the receivers send their signals to a common location and the voter decides which signal is best and sends it on to the transmitter.

Voting receivers

No, not all voting receivers or their respective transmitters are on the same frequency, I assume you are asking about the CCFR system...

The transmitter has five VHF receivers, four are located at various fire stations around Calloway County, and one receiver on top of the tower just off of State Highway 121S.
The receivers all send their received VHF audio to the voter on diffrent UHF frequencies, it determines the VHF receiver with the best signal and applies that audio to the VHF transmitter.
If you live in the path of one of the "link" frequencies from a voted receiver you can listen to the audio, but only if that receiver is receivng the mobile station that is transmitting.
