David, I know you're receiving conflicting advice on this thread, however, all the Uniden manuals for their trunktracking capable scanners specifically say you CANNOT enter two trunks into one bank. You can mix a trunk and conventional frequencies in the same bank.
There is one "almost" exception to this but it doesn't work very well. I've experimented with putting two military UHF trunked systems in the same bank - only if they have the same base frequency. For instance, I programmed Fort Meade and Andrews AFB into a single bank. Sometimes it stops on the Ft Meade control channel and other times on Andrews. The talkgroups that result from this are correct but only because they use totally different talkgroup schemes. If both nets used similar talkgroup numbers, you wouldn't get correct results. This scheme also does not give consistant results. Sometimes it will stop on Ft Meade 10 times in a row and never see Andrews and other times it will be the reverse. The scanner stops on the first control channel it comes to in a bank and will ignore the other one which is why you can't generally put two different trunked nets into one bank.
Over the years there have been scattered reports of people successfully managing to accomplish two trunks per bank but none that I've seen can be replicated when you try them.
