questions about orlando area

I would like to here from people who live in the area who have a bcd 396xt I would like to program the greater orlando area since its p25 I don't use programming software don't know have to use it I have had luck with programming it manualy and would like to keep it that way if I can any suggestions or issues anyone had had with doing that would be appreciated
