Is there a list of call disposition abbreviations and their meanings/usage? For example, what does NAT by San Bernardino Sheriff's mean? Does it mean a report was or was not taken?

Look in the Wiki for that area. There are a lot of acronyms and codes that are local/regional.

I haven't monitored SBSO very much during the past several years, but I'd guess that it stands for No Action Taken, or Necessary Action Taken.
