Hi have been do all the researching that I can on what's going on here in central Arkansas. I live in Lonoke county. I have not been involved in scanner listening in some time now other than just the local so and vfd. I would like to listen to asp and other things as well. I will be traveling between Lonoke and Wynne and Wynne and Helena. I am considering the new bcd396t but would like to know what to expect on programming?
