Questions on Hillsborough County PD systems?

I live in Pinellas however I was thinking of trying to scan some of Hillsborough county.

I see the system is EDACS Networked Standard, Provoice & Analog. The database shows mostly Analog channels with a few Encrypted and Digital. Having a 396xt can I get the Analog & digital or no?

My apologies if this has already been covered just looking for more to do:lol:

You can only receive analog with your scanner. There are no scanners that can decode ProVoice (EDACS digital).
