According to IC they are w/b analog, it could be that they have switched to one of those three formats and your 436 will decode provided that you have the NXDN/DMR upgrade, out of the box the scanner will decode P25, so plug in the RX freq 866 mhz and if there is traffic you will hear it
some of those freqs are here in P25
